PrestaShop 1.6.x. How to create/manage a Subject Heading field for the Contact Form

In order to create/manage a Subject Heading field, you should do the following:

1. Log into your Admin Panel and navigate to Customers->Contacts:

   

2. Choose/edit or add a new contact. We will add a new one:

   

3. Select a Title, Email address, whether to save messages, and add a description:

   

4. Save the changes and check out your contact form:
