The following tutorial will show you how to install Magento template over existing Magento website.
Magento. How Install a template over existing store without SQL importImportant notice! Magento engine versions of your current website and the new Magento template should be compatible. You can check it in the Details tab on the demo preview page.
Upload the app, js, lib, skin folders from template package/themeXXX folder and the media folder from template package/sources/sample_data to your site directory on the server using cPanel or via FTP, your theme folders can be different.
If your FileManager section in the hosting cPanel allows to extract (unzip) files, zipping the folders together to upload and extracting them from the archive will save a lot of time:

At the admin panel go to System > Design, select the new theme as the default and Save the changes:
In order to get the demo sample pages and blocks, please open the Template Settings page on the demo, it is usually in the footer links. There you will find the needed pages/blocks/widgets settings and the location of the codes to add:
We recommend clearing and disabling Magento cache when editing the static pages.
To add sample pages, navigate to CMS > Pages.
