TishWine is based on WordPress blocks: it support out-of-the-box WordPress block and additional built-in blocks which allow you to represent info about your Winery according your needs without using additional page builder plugins.

You can easily import the Demo content from TishWine demo site using One Click Demo import plugin.

Is it possible to use the Shop view just as a show list? Without having the add to cart button?
Also to categorize, lets say one button for EU wines and one button for US wines.
I find cool the quick view as a popup.
Can it be used as an informative site without the shopping cart?
yes, definitely. You simply don't need to activate WooCommerce plugin to your site and the shopping cart won't appear
