It did not come with the plug-ins it was supposed to in order for it to work then when we called customer support, they gave us the runaround and told us that we would have to pay for them, then we asked for a refund a week and a half ago as we are not pleased with the customer service or the product and they have yet to do it. A simple. We are not satisfied with the product and no longer wish to financially endorse. It should be simple enough for a refund yet we’ve still not received it. Horrible product. Horrible customer service from template monster. Hidden fees and up charges . Do not waste your money. I have an inbox full of read customer support tickets that still have not resolved the issue and I do not have my money.

Nice and fresh design, There was a small problem with the demo content, but we got fast and competent assistance, the problem was solved immediately.

Love this template! Looks amazing on Mobile and is very very easy to edit and format
